Headphones, case, and cables look brand new with no scratches or signs of use. Overall, the beats sound great. The bass is slightly underwhelming but plenty for daily listening. Noise cancellation is okay, but you can clearly hear noise when playing music on low. What i got was sleek beats that sound like a 80$ headset in a 400$ brand colors. I know beats is hight cality i had a pair before. I know beats is suppose to handle piano at hight volumes, but the pair a got cant. I dont know what happened to those beats before, but i feel like i got scam out of my money. They'll do the job for now but its not the quality i expected. Bluetooth wouldn’t connect with my phone, the noise cancelation is decent, and sound quality is pretty bad for the price. I found the pair that I received would crackle at full volume and even 3/4 depending on what I was listening too. YOU CAN FIND MUCH BETTER HEADPHONES FOR A CHEAPER PRICE!!!
