The seller of these earbuds was very nice when the first ones I got where not working right. They sent me a new one right away, even before I returned the other ones! Very good customer service.Strange noise coming from the right side.I bought this product to travel and after just a couple of weeks the left ear bud won't sink with my phone. I thought it may be because it needed to be charged but that's not the case. It just keeps saying pairing but will not con ect with my phone. Any suggestions? The right ear pod works just fine. Not worth the price. The sound quality is way too low and I have to turn the volume all the way up when I’m listening. The Wireless Earbuds Active Noise Cancelling ANC & ENC Bluetooth Earphones with Transparency Mode Wireless Charge 40H Playtime Deep Bass and Stereo Sound Headsets are here on my desk for review. First, I charged them, which was fast as easy to do. The instructions for the earbuds are in Chinese and English, and they are inadequate. That said, I didn’t need them to get the earbuds up and working. After I charged the earbuds it was easy to connect the them to my tablet for testing. Then it was a bit of a challenge to position them properly in my ears. The sound quality coming from the earbuds depends on proper positioning in our ears. Now, for the test for sound quality. Consumer Reports provides a test for earbuds that I find useful in determining sound quality, which is most important in evaluating earbuds. The first song CR uses for its test is Led Zeppelin’s famous Whole Lotta Love. Robert Plant, Jimmy Paige, and the band are at their experimental best with this song. CR tells us that we should hear an echo throughout the song and with these earbuds we do hear an echo and also a swirling sound that moves from the left ear to the right and then back and forth again. Jimmy Paige’s great guitar work is an important part of this song and these earbuds do a good job with Paige’s work. These earbuds are advertised as deep bass, but they don’t deliver on that promise. The next song CR uses is Ingrid Michaelson’s The Way I Am. CR tells us that the headphones should be sensitive enough that we hear Ingrid breathing and if we listen closely enough we can hear her take a breath from time to time. Also, CR says that we should be able to hear the guitarist’s fingers move across the strings and we are able to hear that sound clearly.Summer from Vivaldi’s Four Seasons is next on the CR list of test songs. This song starts out slowly, but then soloist Mari Samuelson and the orchestra move to molto allegro. CR tells us the violins even at this breakneck speed should be clear and distinctly heard and with these earbuds we hear Mari Samuelson’s wonderful playing with no muddiness or distortion. Over 32 million people have listened to her fine performance and these earbuds do it justice. Now I am listening to the Byrds' great song Have You Seen Her Face and I am paying close attention to Roger McGuinn’s fine Rickenbacker guitar work, which comes right in the middle of the song. These earbuds give us an appreciation of this special guitar sound. The Byrds’ close harmonies also come through loud and clear. Once again these earbuds give us good sound that is clear and complex. Readers, do yourself a favor and listen to this under appreciated Byrds’ song on your own earbuds. You are in for a treat.Beautiful Day by U2 is a Grammy winning song that is not part of Consumer Reports test, but I use it here to compare with Led Zeppelin’s music. U2 packs this song with a variety of sounds and the music is complex. Excellent earbuds give us all the wonderful music U2 creates in the studio and these earbuds do a good job with this composition. That said, we are not getting the bass we were promised. One last test for these headphones is My Back Pages from the 30th Anniversary Concert for Bob Dylan. Readers, do yourself a favor and go to YouTube for this fantastic performance. Right now I am listening to the great guitar work of “slow hand” Eric Clapton and these earbuds sound very good. Now Dylan is singing and he has never sounded better. George Harrison finishes the song; he is in good voice and is sadly missed. These earbuds appear to be well-made and they are comfortable to wear. They come with two replacement buds, but they are difficult to get on and off, at least for me. I have tested many earbuds, always looking for the perfect set, and these are good. I was able to walk twenty paces from my tablet without losing sound. Noise cancellation was fair. The charging case is small and appears durable.Bottom line: These earbuds are moderately priced for a quality earbud. They sound good and are easy to charge and use.I've had and tried about 3 pair of "lesser brand" earbuds. Getting away from Apple or Samsung, or Bose, what are you to choose?Well, these, obviously. Out of the 3 or 4 pairs I've tried, these fit the best. They stay in your ear and do not move, even when eating, walking or doing your daily things that you do as a human. The sound quality is great with wonderful bass response as well as balance between the mid range and high notes. Very full rich sound and not tinny at all.The downfall is that the noise cancelling is only OK, and not as good as over the ear phones or even many buds I've tried. There also does not appear to be an app, all customization such as turning on and off the noise cancelling and putting the volume up are done by tapping the ear buds.Overall, I'm pretty impressed and these offer a good set of buds for a fair price.I just got these DIGDIY D-10 headphones today and loving it as soon as I paired it. After replacing the overly large ear tips with the medium size tips, I was able to fit the headphones to my ear size.+ These are comfortable and secure in my ears.+ The noise cancelling is amazing at deadening the surrounding sounds compared to transparency mode which seem to amplify ambient sound much more than natural.+ The bass level is very good with deep tones appropriate for the volume level for my music.+ Tapping on the headphone starts/stops music, take phone calls and transition to different sound modes.+ The nice compact charging case recharges the headphones after use.+ The charging case uses the latest USB-C connector and comes with a short USB-C cable.+ Or better place it on my wireless charging pad.+ Registration for 2 year warranty is more than others should anything go wrong.+ I especially like the black color so the are unmistakably not Airpods.- Phone call quality is spotty, I can't hear myself talk via the headphones and the incoming voice is a bit choppy. But phone calls is not my primary use for these headphones.- The angled for right or left ear and must be placed accordingly into the charging case compared to my other wireless buds which the buds can go into either ear and can be placed in either slot in the charging case.I purchased these earbuds as I was very intrigued by the transparency mode which is the same feature the apple ones have and i was pleasently surprised to see it works. I mean you pay one forth of the apple earbuds price and you get a pretty good quality. I do own a pair of the apple pro earbuds and i took a picture of the both so you can see how the product looks in comparaison. The case of these ones it's a little more bulky and taller ant the earbuds are a tidy bit longer. Now as for the sound let me tell you these little buds have great quality sound, with a little less volume than the apple ones. They are really comfortable in the ears and lighter than the apple pro ones, wich is a plus for me. I had them on today for my lunch run and i am happy they don't loose the connexion with the phone like other earbuds so you don't have to worry about that. When you receive the earbuds you need to let them charge for at least one hour in the case before using. Pairing with my iphone was a breeze just open the top of the case and they apear on the blootooth screen. What i also love about these in comparaison with others is that as soon as you put the earbuds in the case they disconnect from the phone wich is great cause if somwone calls you and you don't have your earbuds on you can talk on the phone without having to chose the mode when you answer like it happened with other buds in the past. Overall these buds are surprisingly nice and will jeep using for my workouts outdoor. These earbuds are clearly positioned as an affordable alternative to something like the AirPods Pro. While the quality and execution of DIGDIY’s falls short in comparison to Apple’s offering, I am quite impressed by the number of features they were able to pack-in for the price.-Sound Quality -No matter where you look on Amazon, every seller will use outlandish words to tell you how incredible the sound quality of their headphones are, and cite some special feature that sets them apart from the rest… and somehow the reviewers on Amazon rarely ever disagree. In my honest, and (reasonably) informed opinion, these earbuds sound just average. The large 10mm drivers offer a bass-heavy sound with a boomy (but muddy) low end, which dominates the mid and high range frequencies. Vocals sound like thin in comparison, and I certainly wouldn’t exactly describe the treble as “Crystal Crisp.” I’m giving these a hard time, but they’re really about on par with anything else you’d get off of Amazon for this price.-Noise Cancellation and Transparency Mode-Don’t get it twisted, the transparency mode here is NOT the same as what you get on the AirPods Pro, or various Samsung offerings. Those earbuds use the microphones to pump in outside noise through the speakers, amplifying your ability to hear what’s going on around you. Transparency mode for these DIGDIY earbuds is effectively just a regular pair of earbuds without noise cancellation. There is no extra work to pump outside noise in, and I think it’s quite misleading that they even state this as a feature. On the bright side, I actually found the noise cancellation feature to be reasonably effective given the price! They give that “pressurized” sensation when turned on, and are quite effective at blocking out steady background noise.-Build Quality and Charging Case -The earbuds and case are well put together and incredibly light. The plastic feels somewhat cheap, but I wouldn’t worry at all about these falling apart. They are IPX8 water resistant, which means you can use them in the rain or even in the shower—this is a huge plus in my opinion, and is a feature that is entirely lacking in the AirPods range. The wireless charging case is larger in every dimension when compared to the AirPods, and crosses the line from “pocketable” to “not pocketable” for me personally. They’re just a bit too thick to fit in their comfortably, but you can judge that for yourself (see photos for size comparison).-Comfort-These are comfortable thanks to the lack of weight and bulk. Like some other reviewers however, I found that they tend to slip out of my ears, especially during sweaty workouts or showers. Yes I tried them with every tip size, and yes, your success may vary.-Ease of Use-The earbuds pair very easily, and I have had no issues with audio cutting out at all. I used to include battery life as a separate section in my reviews, but battery life has improved so much in recent years that I rarely have to worry about earbuds running out within a single use. These are no different—8 hours on a single charge is plenty. One issue I ran into with these is with switching between devices—I found that I have to manually disconnect on one device before switching to another, which is a big deal to me after being spoiled by Apple’s seamless implementation, and by other earbuds that can connect with multiple devices simultaneously. In terms of controls, you can do pretty much everything you would want with the touch sensitive buttons, but I think that Samsung has configured it best—one tap for play/pause, and double taps for volume. With these, you have a tap—pause—tap—pause and so on to go up/down the range of volume.-Verdict-As long as you have set you expectations realistically, I think that you’ll be pleased with the DIGDIY earbuds. They’re feature rich, and don’t have any glaring flaws like many others sold here on Amazon.I bought these for my teenage daughter. Her old headphones had begun to fray and she found these ones online and asked if she could get them. I told her not to expect much, considering the feature set + price point, but we gave it a shot and they've been great. She's very happy with the sound quality and battery life. Noise cancelling means she's able to ignore me more effectively than ever. I was surprised to see that at this price point they supported wireless charging, as well (plus wired, of course). No idea how they'll hold up over the long term, obviously, but after a few weeks we have zero complaints. Dollar for dollar, comparing them to my AirPods Pro, these are excellent value.I can say it is a very good earbuds. I usually use it when I 'am working out at the gym where there is a music playing but when i use it i don’t hear them so it has pretty noise isolation. It has a surprisingly very good sound quality compare to any kind of affordable earbuds out in the market. The quality of the bass is pretty just how i like it. It has pretty hood low and high. The appearance of the buds is very sleek for me and it is very light that you barely don’t feel that you are wearing something. The way you connect it to your phone is very easy even when you are an android or apple user, it is also an automatic disconnect when you put the earbuds on its case. The battery life last me 2 days after charging it for 1 hour. I would say its very similar with the Air Pods pro but with a much more affordable price.Save yourself the hassle and spend some extra cash for a quality pair of buds. The noise cancellation on these is pretty much nonexistent.UPDATE: after returning the earbuds the seller messaged me asking why I returned them. Upon explaining the issue they continued to send messages despite me telling them multiple times to leave me alone.Bottom line is these earbuds are complete garbage. Regular earbuds work better than these! The noise cancelling technology doesn’t exist. Zero noise cancellation. I could clearly hear my white noise machine from 12 feet across the room. These buds DO NOT PROVIDE NOISE CANCELLATION. I’ll happily spend a few hundred on Bose or Sony.
